Basic Code Editor

This free package provides a code editing window in your project under 'Top Menu Bar: Window > Open Basic Code Editor'. This package is useful for making small changes to scripts inside Unity, as you do not have to keep switching between Unity and MonoDevelop/VisualStudio. The source code for the window is also included, so feel free to use or extend it in any way you like.

We won't update or improve the package in the future, as it is a free package which we have little time for. Therefore, do not expect complicated features such as line numbers, coloured text, autocomplete etc.
